They came to my house to clean 2 rooms. They got the cleaning product everywhere - on my furniture. I had to wait 1 hour and then vacuum it up myself. The carpet did not look any different after they left. Although they cleaned up the product they got on my furniture, I thought they should have been more careful. It was a vrey quick cleaning. In and out in what seemed like 15 minutes.
