I've actually been in Japan before.While staying there,I realized that the Japanese foods we can eat in New York were not exactly ""real"" ones.Those are probably customized an American taste.I like the ""real ones"" much more,so I""ve been searching for a restaurant which could satisfy me.It was a long journy.\r
I did't really expect Zenkichi when I visited there,actually.I thought it would be same as other restaurants in the city.\r
But,when I stepped into the restaurant,I felt something different.\r
Eventually,everything was excellent!!! the wait staff was pretty nice,though she couldn't speak English so well.Foods were also wonderful.I wish I could recommend what I ate,but it's very difficult to remember the name of each dishes.I liked the pork dish which had been cooked for 3 days(I can't remember the name,sorry).\r
Only one thing I would like to complain about this restaurant is that the music was playing too loud.The selection itself wasn't bad,but it bothered our conversation littele bit.\r
I highly recommend to make a reservatrion.I saw few people beeing rejected because of no reservatrion,\r
