Tom and the crew provide excellent service. They always explain what needs to be done, what the true costs are and whether any portion of the service can be delayed. A couple of key things for me -- they are trustworthy. They'll show you the worn parts if you want see them and never try to sell parts or service that you don't need. They will suggest preventive maintenance but with a soft touch, not a strong arm. Also, they don't talk down to women customers. Celica Salon has kept my cars running well for years.
