The Kirk Douglas is the often-overlooked and forgotten step-child of the Center Theatre Group. Consider it a ""sleeper"" of a theater, however. Nestled in the heart of downtown Culver City, the Kirk Douglas offers theatrical offerings that are well-produced but still a bit avant-garde for most viewers. And children's theater. I have loved everything I've seen here, and the small, black-box feel to the theater makes me feel more involved in the actual experience. This theater, and its shows, are not to be missed!
