Hey, I've been to Palo Alto's Cardinal, President, etc. I've been to all the Santa Clara locals, Mountain View locals, and even a few recommended in Los Gatos. I assure you, this is by far the best barber shop in town. It's modern, clean and comfortable. It looks small, but there's plenty of parking. I'm very picky about getting an even haircut and the barber understanding my needs. This is just the place for that. It's a step up from the locals, but definitely not over the top. You really get a great quality haircut the way you want it. The barber even offered to touch it up for free if I didn't like it the next day. It's open until 8pm so it's the perfect after work barber shop. I could go on and on, I'm just happy to finally find a place I can trust. Worth every penny, maybe more.
