The menu was so different from anywhere we had been, we just had to wander in. The atmosphere was warm, yet lively with small groups of friends and romantic dates alike. The tasting menu was certainly a great value, both concerning quality and quantity of the food. The taste of each dish was simple yet uniquely and creatively combined on beautifully artistic plates. Our favorite was certainly the squid stuffed with duck confit and it was difficult not to fill up on the warm brown bread. Our waitress was busy, but never failed to ask how we enjoyed each dish; and what a relief to see that she actually cared if we were having a good experience! We opted for wines by the glass and were more than pleased with the results, from a Slovakian Riesling to Australian Cabernet. The entire experience was, in a word, lovely.
Pros: Originality of Menu, Warm Service and Ambience
