We lunched at Carmen Anthony?s in Wethersfield on Friday and were surprised to find the dining room less than half full though we noticed the bar area was closed to full when we exited at 2PM. My wife?s and sister-in-law's salmon entrees were done as requested, medium rare and well done, respectively. I ordered the seafood casserole, a bountiful mix of crab and sea scallops topped lightly with a tasty breading. All luncheon entrees include a Compagna (house) salad of baby greens with a balsamic dressing.
