The Sly Mongoose is without a doubt the best bar in Lahaina. The people who work and hang out there are the some of the nicest people I've met anywhere! Even though my friends and I were tourists, we were welcomed into the ""goose"" with open arms. Of course it helped that we were single girls ready to party but what the heck? The Front street bars are fine if all you want to be is a ""tourista"". But the Sly Mongoose has real people and real drinks at good prices. Go there (if you dare) after you spend all your money on Front street. You won't regret it!
