I was paying $60 a session with a really nice trainer from that gym that is open 24 hrs i dont want to be mean However i felt their experiance and knowledge was limited. A friend of mine was training with Constance at No Xcuz Fitness and raved on how much she felt her work outs. I called and talked to Richard her husband and he set up an appointment to meet them WOW!. I've been training for 8 weeks and have lost 16Lbs and added 6lbs of lean muscle they taught me how to eat the best way for my body type plus gave me hints on how to remove excuses from my life for not working out. Hence the name No Excuse Fitness. Plus they only charge $40 per session. If your serious about results you should call them. I did and Im very pleased .
Pros: their the best find in orange county
Cons: they dont work on Sundays or friday evenings
