the overall services provided are ok. the bikini waxes by gladys are the best. the group of women are friendly, but, you have to wait awhile to be seen. i have not been serviced by any other ladies in the salon, but, i expect their services to be good as well. the nail services are good, but, again, gladys is the best. the prices have gone up so they are a bit over priced, as i see mostly students traveling through the doors who would be better served with better prices. I don't really consider this a day spa, but, more a waxing salon. the cottage is cute, but, it is a shot gun and very noisy. i used to go there to a woman by the name of Carmen who was great, but, is no longer because she opened her own salon around the corner on hampson, but, all the ladies are pretty good.
Pros: new retail area is cute and they sell vera bradley bags, good waxing salon, evening appoints until 5pm, no appointment necessary
Cons: pricey and noisy for spa services
