The food definitely could be better at a real sushi restaurant, but this is a buffet. I don't see why people are complaining so much. Lately, the food has been tasting better too. The food is not the freshest, but it's not bad either. For a buffet, the quality is quite good. You get sushi, sashimi, crab legs, oysters. tempua, udon, yummy cakes, crepes and much, much more! My only complaint is the smell. It doesn't smell bad inside, but you leave with a strong restaurant smell.
