Mill Valley Coffee Shop is a real asset to the dining community. It is the kind of place where the waitresses remember your name and your favorite dishes. Lindsay, in particular, is a gem. The food is not fancy and you won't find any egg-white and organic goat cheese omelets, if you know what I mean. This is solid comfort food with the best hash browns I have had in years. They also make an excellent fried egg sandwich and vegetable omelet. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy and the service is fast but you never feel rushed. It is no surprise that this place has been here for so many years.
