my now mother-in-law hosted the rehearsal dinner at her house. The tent was supposed to arrive at 7:30 am the day before the wedding- as printed on the invoice- and it did not get there until 4:30pm! The dinner started at 6:00pm. All through the day when we'd call, they said ""it's coming"". Apparently, the time the customer is promised has no meaning to the staff -they do it at THEIR time and convenience. My mother-in-law worried herself sick and it took some of the joy out of our time. Save yourself some grief.....rent someplace else.
Pros: usual tents, chairs
Cons: poor customer service, delivered very late
