The Top Hat is a decent place, it actually has quite a bit of charm to a bar fan like myself. It looks ripped from the set of some 80's ""country and western"" movie, or maybe a 70's bowling alley. The patrons are usually serious alcoholics who live there... Be very careful as there is crime in that area... Funny as it sounds I had something stolen from me there. Be aware and don't start anything because odds are they have more friends than you. If you know a band that is playing there, go enjoy and relax, but keep your valuables close at hand.
