We had reservations and the hostess was friendly and helpful. Our server seemed very to be well educated about the menu. The wine list was decent, nothing spectacular. We had a dry aged steak and it was good, well seasoned. Our side dishes were bland and seemed to be sitting for quite sometime, just didn't taste fresh. We also had the shrimp, it was awful, everything on the plate seemed to be over cooked. I have been to The Capital Grille in Phoenix and Scottsdale and it seems like the Vegas location isn't on the same page with the food. I will not return to The Capital Grille in Vegas.
Pros: service
Cons: food, parking
