I had dinner 2 nights ago and enjoyed it so much I went back for lunch today. A big portion of Jambalaya was served steaming hot, moist and flavorful with nice chunks of chicken and Andouille sausage and topped with chopped green onions. A bottle of Crystal hot sauce on each table adds to the authenticity. Fried Shrimp Po'Boy was huge, overflowing with shrimp on a nice french roll with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Hush Puppies are the size of a racketball, served steaming hot, moist and tasty. Could have used a little honey or some kind of dipping sauce, but I made do with the hot sauce. Cole slaw was tart and tangy with a little bite of heat. Overall the portions are very generous- make suere you come hungry. Lousiana Abita TurboDog beer on tap. Yeah!!
