I made an appointment for a dental cleaning with this office; then when I showed up the office was closed after I had driven an hour out of my way to be there. No one ever bothered to call me ahaead of time to inform me that they would be closed or to reschedule my appointment, and when I was able to speak with them after the fact no one even bothered to apologize for their mistake.
Pros: None.
Cons: Unprofessional and undependable.
