(Highly Recommend) I have been using Parks Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC since 1995. They have one service advisor that has always impressed me, Mr. Steve Dula. I am enclosing a copy of a letter I sent to Parks Chevrolet after my last visit, this is typical of the service that I have received from Mr. Dula. I have had my Corvette to other mechanics and no one was able to diagnostic, let alone fix the problem. It was intermittent. Here is a copy of the letter I sent - I just want to say, ?thank you to two of your employee?s?. Recently I brought my 1986 Corvette in, as I was having extended cranking problems when it got hot. I got the vehicle back earlier this week but did not have the time until today to really check it out. My wife & I took the Corvette for a long ride on interstates, country roads, you name it and stopped numerous times, & every time it started and ran fantastic. We had a great day with the Vette.
