We had to get my girlfriend's phone replaced here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and we were able to get her phone upgraded without the fee. While the prices are the same at every Cingular store, we were given a deal on the accessories and were treated very nicely. I'll go back here when I have to upgrade one of my family phones.
