I have a Toshiba VCR that was on the fritz they diagnose it and said they could not get the parts and Refunded my money. two week go by and they call me to tell me they had found a part that might work and there would be no charge if that did not take care of it . Well two days later I called and ask in my vcr was ready they said yes come pick it up it is ready they service man Greg told me they came across the part in a bin they where cleaning out so i ask him how much for it all he said it was Free we do certain repair as a courtesy
