I kept passing the Chicken Lady, kind of afraid as a vegetarian to go in. After gathering up my nerve I went in and asked for a chicken tenders pasta salad without the chicken tenders. It was huge and delicious and no one looked at me like a "wacky" militant vegetarian activist. Since then tried the Veggie Parmesan Caesar Bake (amazing with artichoke hearts and melted cheddar), Mac 'n' Cheese and was sent back to the office today with Thai Cauliflower Satay (blew my veggie mind). Everyone on staff seems genuinely happy and you can tell that Francine loves being in the kitchen. It comes through in every bite.
