The first time i used there services they sent me an employee that was his first day on the job and he was by himself. Let me tell you everything went wrong. He even broke the pump. Of course they said they were not responsible. After several more months of servcie they sent another technician who they told me worked there for years. When he was done cleaning the pool he left the pool fence open. Not a great thing considering i have two young children. Managements response was terrible. They also over charged my credit card. They did fix it and said it was an error. I had lots of problems with this company. They seem to just not care..
