bad bookkepping and non-responsive yard manager. In the beginning I was given good rates and good service. After almost a year the crew has become lazy. My lawn has more weeds than grass and any time I have asked for additional cleanup I feel like I am being gauged--everything costs way more than when they first cited. Whatsmore they cannot even keep their billing records straight.
