Took our 2000 Honda CRV for check engine light. Told us we needed to spend $3500 to get cylinder head replaced. Said they did not know the cause, but the mechanic wanted the car and would purchase it from us. We declined and took the CRV to another Honda dealership in Bennettsville SC. They readjusted the valve for $270 (per a service bulliten issued by Honda), resolving the problem. Also, 15 minutes of research on the internet showed that receding valves are a common problem for CRV's made around this year - highly doubt they've never seen this. Either Leith Honda's mechanics and service team are dishonest or incompetent. I will never do any business with this company.
