After years of putting up with the incompetent front desk, two vets overlooked a very simple kidney infection in my dog. I had the same blood and urine results Bay Cities took and faxed to another vet's office - that vet looked at it and immediately said my dog had a kidney infection. Unfortunately, this was several months after Bay Cities said they couldn't find anything wrong and I believed them. My dog ended up dying from what could have been prevented with a simple antibiotic. Incompetent. Careless. And Dr. Bone acted put upon when I initially called to get the results of my dog's bloodwork. He needs to quit and find his passion - it's certainly NOT helping animals.
PROS: Zero
CONS: Absolute incompetence.
