Dr. Moses is the best Plastic Surgeon in the country I belive. But I think he's working at the\r
wrong hospital. The childrens hospital in New Orleans is in need of a complete staff review.\r
The nursing staff is not helpfull, descriptive, informative or very kind. They could care less that you are a concerned parent wanting information about your child. They all say ""I don't know""\r
or ""Im not sure, but I'll call the doctor"" then you don't hear from them or the doctor again.\r
When we left after my 3 month old daughter had a cleft lip surgery they did not give us any post\r
care instructions at all. They were never on time when they said they would be there at a certain time. If they say 12:00am they mean 4:00am. \r
The room we stayed in still had the previous patients information posted on the board in the room... They never took it down... I've heard good things about this hospital but my opinion is the only good thing about the Hospital is Dr.Moses! He is an A+ surgeon! \r
He needs to move to another hospital.\r
