I have been to Copper Bleu twice now, and both experiences were great. The service has been outstanding, and the food and atmosphere are equally as good. My favorites are the bleu cheese filet, and the cedar plank salmon. I thought the prime rib was average though. The atmosphere was cozy, but be careful if you get a table next to the wall-- there was a cold draft most of the night. All things considered, I really have enjoyed my 2 dinners here, and will return for a third-- hopefully soon!
