Aside from the fast contact lense exam, all aspects of service at this place was below average at best. The manager there was much like a used car sales person. She kept on trying to get me to buy more expensive contact lenses, despite the fact the I've worn same brand of contact lense for over 4 years and made it clear to her that I would have preferred same brand. Another annoying thing was when I asked to use restroom after the exam she replied ""We don't have restroom here."" Not having restroom available for solictor is one thing, but for customers is a completely different matter. Also, when I did go back to pick up the contact lenses on the day I was supposed to pick them up, their only reply was ""it's not here"". You would think they would at least call you about expected delay, so that you don't have to wasts your time. I had to take initiaitve and keep calling the shop to see when it will arrive. Since most of the customer are cal students who will likely not going to be a repeat customer, the incentive for management to provide a ""good"" service for customers is almost non-existent, and it shows.
