My husband is a BBQ fiend, but frankly I prefer fish and chicken. He's been bragging about the Ribs and Brisket at Famous Dave's for awhile, and I finally got to try it with him. I couldn't believe they offered salmon at a BBQ joint! It was as good as any I've had in seafood restaurants near by. Our teenage son ordered the smoked ribeye which he loved, and it was the best steak he's had in awhile, and still reasonably priced. Everything there was a great value, becasue the portions are huge. Plan to eat half your meal, because you have to try the pecan pie. It's as good as my Grandma made! \r

Another nice feature is the room up front that can be reserved for large parties. My husband had a business lunch there and booked the room, which was very private, and didn't cost a thing. Nice touch for groups that need some privacy!\r
Pros: food, value and service
Cons: next door to Pro Discount Golf, so my husband can shop after he'd done eating!!!
