Beware! The youths at the counter do not care to take notes regarding clothing (i.e. please be careful of the buttons) - it's simply a drop off and we'll see you when it's time to pay type of operation. Two weeks ago I had a mint dress come back from Prestige with a) one button missing its fabric cover b) one button ripped off leaving a hole in the dress and c) one button crushed like it had been pinched by a pair of pliers. The buttons were metal covered in a padded fabric matching the dress and I have no way to replace them. My second dress had the shoulder RIPPED OUT OF IT and all I got was a note that said, in effect, ""we've seen the damage."" Ridiculous. Just incredibly unprofessional. I'll have to take my dress to a tailor now in order to have new shoulders made.
Pros: Environmentally friendly; appears to be family owned.
Cons: Unprofessional (kids who could care less are running the counter) and irresponsible: clothing came back with buttons lost/ripped off and large tears; no admission that they destroyed my clothes.
