I never even made it into this office! I waited for 3 weeks for an appointment on a Monday, on the Friday before I was called at 1:00 in the afternoon and told the doctor was not available on Monday. I made this appointment after spending 9 hours in the Virtua ER, the cause of that was a ruptured cyst in my ovary, the ER also found another larger solid cyst on the same ovary. I was reccommended to Dr. Martinez by the ER doctor, I was scheduled as a problem patient. I called every day to see if I could be seen earlier, as I was in extreme pain for the entire time. When my appointment was cancelled the only option they offered me was to come in on Wednesday at 2:00. I am not able to take off work when I want to and it meant another 2 days of pain! They would not give me any other doctor or any other time and would not give me any other help options or referral.\r

I found this to be the worst patient care I have ever encountered.
