The policy of this organization is that if you call and express problems with your appliance or service, they will label you difficult. If they deem you ""difficult"", they refuse service. Great attitude if you don't need money, but turning away customers has a definite risk. \r

The staff I spoke with refused to take any responsibility for the issue. (I needed a dishrack for my DW and it was under warranty). It seemed that VA and Bosch did not agree on what services each would provide. \r

And forget about getting a word in edgewise. I tried to talk to the owner about various issues I was experiencing and all he did was interrupt me. Thankfully, I was able to go to the manufacturer for assistance and need not give any business to this company in the future.\r

Value Appliance is not worth anyone's time. Go to a store that cares.
