GO! Chef Saito is creative, original and proud. Much of his fish is ACTUALLY fresh from Japan and he uses special ingredients like Hawaiian salt and special ponzu sauces-- no need for the boring soy sauce! Everything Saito will present you is beautiful, and delicious. Look no further for the best sushi in the valley-- even though there are more than a few sushi joints on Ventura Blvd., this is one worth going to!
