The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are tiny and VERY expensive. The staff are arrogant and rude. I stayed there for my honeymoon and upon arrival did not have my wallet for them to ""swipe my credit card."" They would not let us check in, even after agreeing that I had given them my CC # when I made the reservation and would have charged it if we had not shown up! My wife had to write a check for the room! The room was a ""suite"" with a small, but nice balcony overlooking 6th St. The room itself was barely bigger than the bed in it...Literally. The fancy marble shower flooded the bathroom floor because there was no drip sill to stop the water. I expected way more for over $400 a night. My biggest complaint was how we were treated by the staff, however.
