I worked with Dr. Cilbrith in the past, and will admit that the office management back then had much to be desired (the office mgr. was let go about the time I left the practice). However, Dr. Cilbrith is a very intelligent physician and wonderful diagnostician. Unfortunately, he does run behind schedule frequently. This is mainly due to the complexity of health problems of his patients, a great number of whom are over 65 and have multiple conditions to balance. Overall, I think he is smart and knows ""his stuff"", and would totally trust him to treat me if I had a serious health condition.
