The atmosphere at the Blue Bell Inn is mixed. It has a hunt club/geriatric atmosphere in the main dining room, but the bar area and alfresco seating are nicer. The lunch menu is a bit pricey (7-12) for sandwiches and salads. In the past the I really enjoyed the Soft Shell Crab with Bacon sandwich, but this visit they weren't in stock, so I opted for the $12 Tuna Steak with wasabi sauce. I wasn't disappointed...it was very good; however my friends had the caesar salad and they felt the salad was only fair partly due to their aversion of anchovies. The iced tea was well brewed and they had an extensive selection of wines. Service was promptly adequate.
