As far as Spanish cusine goes, Ibiza puts a new twist on it. This is not a typical Spanish restaurant where you get tapas or paella. I went on a week night with a friend, and we were seated very promptly even though it was a bit crowded. We started with a pitcher of delicious sangria that was almost better than any that I had had while in Spain. The shortrib entree was to die for. I didn't even need a knife for the meat, it just fell apart it was so tender. It came with patatoes that were wrapped in cabbage that were just as delicious. The service at Ibiza was great, there was always someone around who was willing to help even when our waitress was busy with another table. It was quite expensive for a dinner for two, but well worth the price.
Pros: Food, service, ambience
Cons: Expensive
