I'm writing a new review to finish the story of what happened to our dog after she escaped from Pasadena Pet Grooming. As I described in an earlier review, we brought our two dogs to Pasadena Pet Grooming while our house was being tented for termites. The female dog escaped the first day she was there, but the staff at Pasadena Pet Grooming didn't reach us until the next day, at which point it was too late to be able to find the dog easily. Although they clearly blew it by not phoning all the contact numbers we had given them to inform us about the lost dog immediately, they spent a lot of time driving around looking for our dog and putting up flyers with her picture. Our story ends well -- our dog appeared on our doorstep 3 1/2 days after she escaped. We have no idea how she found her way home since we live 9 miles away from the kennel and she had to avoid crossing the freeway.
Pros: The grooming was fine.
Cons: They didn't behave responsibly right after our dog escaped.
