I made an appointment for an in-house estimate. The guy seemed very nice as we did the walk through but I never saw him write anything down. He then told me he had to do ""calculations"" before he could give me an estimate. He left without even giving me an idea of the cost and he failed to drop off the packing materials he said he would bring me. Two days went by without so much as a phone call, so I called them and got a recording. I left a message in regards to getting that estimate and packing materials but have yet to hear back from them. Obviously Emerald is not interested in my business.
