I had dinner last night at Saffire and thought the new menu was amazing. I had the cold crab cake and the fried oysters for an appitizer. For dinner me and my wife got the tuna and the salmon, both were amazing. I dont know how anyone could say they have a bad wine list. We always find great wine at very reasonalble prices. We often come on tuesday night when all wines are half price and enjoy amazing wines that we would not normally order. Hats off to the chef and to the staff of this great Nashville Restaurant.
