I went to the HT Grill with my family for a patio dinner and took a trip to France! As it turn out, they have a feature every Thursday called ""culinary excursions"" where the specials are from a different country each week. Anyhow, after an appetizer of lobster bisque, like silk, the entrees of Salmon en Croute and Chicken Provincale made us true believers. Our dinner was complete with a Gran Marnier Souffle that melted in our mouths. We'll be back...
