Went there with my in-laws on a Friday for lunch. This online review says they have a respectable wine list. That's true, if you want one type of wine. Our waitress said she'd never taken a wine order before and was totally flustered. My husband ordered a syrah and she brought a glass with a tiny tiny pour. She said that was the last of the bottle but she would try to find more. She then came back and said she didn't think there was any more. My husband ordered another type of wine. She came back, this time with another glass and a huge pour. My husband tried it and asked her if that was what he had ordered. She said ""no"". When asked what it was, she said ""I don't know, it was just an open bottle."" Now, I know everyone is going to say, ""but you are in Utah, what do you expect."" This is what I expect; if a restaurant has a wine list, respectable or not, I expect there to be wine. I also expect the wait staff to be able to provide the wine in a professional manner.
