1 and 1/2 months ago, my husband ordered equipment for his CPAP machine... The CSR's said the the equipment was covered by insurance and that they had to order it .. That was 1 and 1/2 months ago.. We have called several times within the past week and have not received a return phone call... Mean while my husband cannot use the machine for his breathing that the doctor ordered.. and this company,, just doesn't care!! Would they prefer my husband suffer the effects of sleep apnea? These effects are hypertension, stroke, heart attack and more.. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am appalled at the lack of professionalism.... and care!!
