The people are very helpful and they truly wanted to help me out the best they could. All my questions were answered throughly and clearly. The technical jargon can get confusing, but Jacki (the receptionist/secretary) explained everything! What's even better, is that Jacki remembered me the next time I came in! Its like I'm part of the family already!
Pros: Friendly & helpful people, clean waiting area and restroom, excellent repairs
Cons: Not the cheapest (but also not the most expensive), but you aren't getting ripped off!
