If I had only know just how easy it would be to let go of cigarettes I would have done it years ago. I was holding onto a set of beliefs that were not serving my best interest. I was unaware of how I got there (a pack and a half a day smoker) and why I was so reluctant to let go of a habit that was slowly leading me to an early grave. Perhaps worse still was the level of inactivity that I mistakenly believed was vigorous. I now walk 3 miles at least 4 days a week. My golf game is better. My focus at work has improved. Life is so much better being smoke free. I had quit before but always wondered how I was going to hold out during the stressful times. Now I know with certainty that I will never smoke again.
