Well, it's been 6 weeks now, so I know it's for real. In the past when I've tried to quit smoking it got harder as the days went on, but now with Dale's help it's gotten easier everyday. I don't even think about smoking anymore except when I see someone else smoking & then I just think I'm so glad I don't do that anymore! What's really cool is that you get to learn about how your own mind works & then be able to use it for you instead of against you. Too bad they don't teach these things in school. So thank you Dale, a million times, I'm free at last & everything's getting better with the things you've taught me. I'm telling everyone I know to go!
