This company is very unprofessional. My father is a taxidriver and uses this company for insurance. He currently has to use them because he has paid so much money into the insurance so far and has to wait it out. I have had to made several calls to follow up on paperwork. Overall, the service is poor. On the phone they respond as though you are bothering them. In person they are quick to take your money and give fake apologies and promise next time things will be expediated. Unfortunately, we felt for that the first time. This second time around we will be looking for a new company. Pros: Quick to take your money Cons: Slow to process the paper work. Each day there is a new excuse. It takes about two weeks. more
