Even though it is a 30-mile drive from home, my wife and I often find ourselves at Hola. Since we go early (6-ish), we usually bring the kids (who love the patatas bravas and pollo en cerveza), and there is never a wait or a crowd.
Pros: excellent food, covered outdoor seating
Cons: crowded late; parking can be a hassle; bill sneaks up on you
