I visited Dr. Adams in October. He wrote me a prescription and sent me away with a pat on the head. In April, I got a letter from him stating that I had ankylosing spondylitis (along with my lupus that he was not very interested in treating). This was the first I had heard from his office, assuming everything was ok. I wrote a letter back letting them know that I was not pleased it took 7 months to learn of these results. They called and said I needed another appt. They also sent a questionnaire for me to fill out for a fibromyalgia study. I don't have fibromyalgia. Needless to say, the rheum hunt remains on.
Cons: Faulty handling of medical records and results
