I am almost tempted to laugh at how outrageously terrible service my husband and I got. We brought our Philips TV in over two months ago for repair. A week after we brought it in, we heard nothing (the woman said she would call us with an estimate) so we called. The woman was very rude on the phone and said our estimate was not ready. Another week goes by, so we call again. Still not ready, and rude to us again. Another week. We call again. We are informed our TV is not broken, works fine and there would be a $65.00 diagnositc fee. Because of the lousy service thus far, we decided rather than taking the TV home, we would plug it in right there in the shop to make sure it was working. Guess what? IT WAS STILL BROKEN! Again, had to wait several weeks for an estimate, finally after WE called several times, we got the estimate. Needless to say it was over $900.00 to fix, so after all that we decided to just pick it up. Of course, we go to pick it up at lunch time, and the tv is "diassembled" OK. So the next day I called to see if it was "reassembled" and ready for pick up. The lady was rude and told me curtly "you just came yesterday LATE in the afternoon, no it is not ready" she then hung up on me. No joke 30 seconds later she called back and said it was now reassembled and ready for pick up. Mighty fast technician!!! Anyway, take it from us, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
